BELLINGHAM – Job seekers looking for ways to connect directly with employers are invited to attend WesternWashingtonUniversity’s Fall Business Career Fair from to Thursday, Nov. 5 in the Mac Gym of the WadeKingStudentRecreationCenter.
The event, sponsored by the WWUCareerServicesCenter and the College of Business and Economics, is an annual collaborated business-focused fair at Western. The fair is open to all students and members of the general public who are interested in meeting hiring managers for both internship and career opportunities. Admission to the fair is free.
The Fall Business Career Fair also provides job seekers with an invaluable opportunity to network with employers. For those uncertain about career goals or options, the Fall Business Career Fair is an excellent resource for conducting research in the job market.
All the student business clubs of the College of Business and Economics will each be hosting a table at the fair. Students and business representatives attending the fair are encouraged to meet with the club officers to learn more about how to become involved with the individual clubs.
To make the best impression, job seekers should bring resumes, research the companies in advance and dress in business attire.
