If you would be interested in adding your name to the District 11 Public Affairs Speaker Database, please submit the following form.

The database is used by the Public Affairs Office to quickly match appropriate speakers to requests.  By submitting this information, you are under no obligation to fulfill any or all requests that might be submitted to you.  Information submitted is retained by the District 11 Public Affairs Office for the sole purpose of the speaker database.  If you have any questions regarding this form or any other public affairs issues, please call us at (510) 437-3325.
