A Future for the Ready Guide?

This marks the fourth and final year of funding for the Ready Guide, generously provided by a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The district initially developed the Ready Guide at the request of parents and students. Parents asked for more information about the course registration process and planning tools to support their children in better understanding how course selection in middle and high school affects graduation requirements and children's future choices. With continuous input from students, parents and staff, the Ready Guide has evolved each year.
