The Tuchkov Bridge, a 600-foot Liberian flagged tanker, is anchored in the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal near Reedy Point Tuesday, Sept. 30, 2008, after it ran aground with 21 people aboard Monday, Sept. 29, 2008, near the St. George Bridge 30 miles south of Philadelphia.

Members of the Coast Guard, Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control and the New Jersey State Police responded to the grounding.

The boat belonging to Kevin Showell was spotted in the marsh in Big Fish Thorofare three miles east of Absecon Creek, N.J., Friday, Sept. 26, 2008.

A helicopter rescue crew from Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City, N.J., a rescue boat crew from Coast Guard Station Atlantic City and members of the New Jersey State Police assisted in the rescue of Showell.
