Click here if you have an award drafted and want to submit it for consideration. On the form that you will see, complete the items in block 1, put the names of the award candidates in box 2 (Who) and then paste the award draft into Box 7 (other Comments) at the bottom

Click here if you have an Status Report to submit. This can be the monthly 'Soundbite' for the COMDT's report (submit prior to the 5th day of each month) or items for the Quarterly Summary of Activities report (due the 5th day of Jan, Apr, Jul, and Oct. On the form you will see,
