Washington Technology Industry Association
Washington Technology Industry Association is the largest statewide association of technology companies and executives in the world. With more than 1,000 member companies representing more than 80,000 technology sector employees in Washington state, Washington Technology Industry Association is a catalyst for setting new industry directions, sharing expertise, fostering collaboration, delivering key business services, and advancing the economic value and global impact of technology companies doing business in Washington. Founded in 1984 WTIA is the oldest state-wide technology trade association and was previously called WSA.
Since 2001 TAG is affiliated with Washington Technology Industry Association and as a TAG member you also enjoy membership in WTIA. As the Northwest Chapter of the WTIA, TAG serves technology businesses in Whatcom, Skagit, Island and San Juan counties.

Bellingham/Whatcom Chamber of Commerce
The Chamber of Commerce advocate on behalf of Whatcom County businesses, which includes lobbying local, state and federal officials on a host of issues, will make your business synonymous with ensuring a pro-business environment for businesses across the county, and the State of Washington.

Bellingham/Whatcom Economic Development Council
The Bellingham Whatcom Economic Development Council (EDC) is a non-profit association of public and private entities organized to provide economic development leadership and programs to sustain and enhance the economic vitality of Whatcom County. The EDC encourages existing industrial and commercial businesses to expand, and works to attract new industrial and commercial businesses to Whatcom County that can provide quality employment and augment the county's economic base.

Belllingham Linux Users Group
The Bellingham Linux Users Group (BLUG) dedicates itself to advocacy of Linux and the Open Source world. Bellingham Linux Users Group is involved in producing the highly successful Linuxfest Northwest (LFNW). LFNW is the showcase for what Northwest Linux users are doing with Linux and open source software. LFNW is produced by Linux users throughout the northwest, including the Bellingham, Tacoma, Seattle, Kitsap Peninsula, Victoria, and Vancouver BC Linux Users Groups. LFNW is hosted by the Bellingham Technical College.
Small Business Development Center
The SBDC is one of the premier economic development service providers in Whatcom County. Services include no-cost, one-to-one confidential customized business counseling and technical assistance to businesses in Whatcom County. Significant positive impacts in 2007 include 436 companies that have stabilized or expanded. Those clients, in turn, saved or created more than 750 jobs and generated almost $24 million in new capital investments. The SBDC is shaping the economic future of our region one business at a time.
Technology Alliance
Founded in 1996, the Technology Alliance is a statewide consortium of leaders from Washington state’s high-tech businesses, research institutions, and the community dedicated to Washington’s economic success. TA has defined the key drivers of success as; excellent education systems, strong research capacity and a robust entrepreneurial environment.

Washington Technology Center
WTC is a statewide economic development agency focused on technology and innovation. WTC channels state, federal, and private resources to help companies develop and commercialize new products and technologies. WTC works across all industries and regions. WTC help maximize and leverage the investment Washington State is already making in university science and technology.
Bellingham Technical College
Bellingham Technical College mission is to deliver superior professional technical education for today's needs and tomorrow's opportunities. The role and mission of Bellingham Technical College has its roots in vocational education. Be a recognized leader in providing innovative and effective technical education, creating options for career success, and developing a competitive workforce.

Western Washington University
Western Washington University is a public comprehensive university, which objective is to provide high quality undergraduate education with a core focus on the liberal arts; programs of a practical and applied nature directed to the educational and professional needs of state residents; and selected graduate programs through the master's degree.

Whatcom Community College
Whatcom Community College is a state supported, public, comprehensive community college. Its primary mission is effective quality education designed to foster the development of students' knowledge, communication and critical thinking skills, personal integrity, global understanding, and appreciation of diversity. In preparing students for full and effective lives in a changing world, the College offers courses and associate degrees necessary for successful transfer to baccalaureate institutions; professional technical degrees and certificates; and pre-college, self-development, and community education courses and programs.

Whatcom Tech Prep Consortium
Whatcom Tech Prep Consortium is a partnership of local High Schools, Bellingham Technical College, Whatcom Community College plus representatives of local business and industry. The partnership organization is called the Whatcom Tech Prep Consortium. The Consortium sponsors a variety of programs designed to support a student's transition from high school to postsecondary education or workplace opportunities. Whatcom Tech Prep, along with donations from local business partners, funds and supports the Whatcom Community Connections program and its virtual communication system Whatcom Connections. The program is designed to link Whatcom County schools with community partners for community-based learning experiences.
