ECSU Tests Emergency Alert System September 16, 2011

At 11:30 am on Friday September 16, 2011 Elizabeth City State University will test its emergency alert system. University Police activates the emergency alert system as a campus safety measure. The alert system would be activated in the event of a tornado. violent storm, or violent incident. We appreciate your patience during the test of the alert system. No action need be taken. This series of tones is a test conducted by University Police.
