DETROIT - The U.S. Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone on the Detroit River, here, from 9 a.m., on June 11, 2009, through 6:30 p.m., on June 14, 2009. This temporary safety zone is necessary to ensure, to the extent practicable, the safety of vessels and spectators from hazards associated with the 2009 Red Bull Air Races.
