EASTERN PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 17, 2004) A U.S. Coast Guard law enforcement detachment assigned to USS Curts made the largest cocaine seizure in Coast Guard history, seizing 30,000 pounds of cocaine on board the fishing vessel Lina Maria, 300 miles southwest of the Galapagos Islands. -

EASTERN PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 17, 2004) A record 600 bales of cocaine, equal to over 30,000 pounds was seized from the fishing vessel Lina Maria after a U.S. Coast Guard law enforcement detachment assigned to USS Curts intercepted and boarded the vessel, 300 miles southwest of the Galapagos Islands. -

EASTERN PACIFIC (Sept. 23, 2004) -- Coast Guard Law Enforcement Detachment 105 members prepare to board the fishing vessel San Jose. The boarding team later found 26,250 pounds of cocaine, the third largest seizure in Coast Guard history. -
