    KODIAK, Alaska - Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Stacy K. Moore, a Jayhawk helicopter maintenance department member, Petty Officer 3rd Class Philip J. Dow and Petty Officer 3rd Class Micah J. Devries, C-130 aircraft maintenance department members at the air station here, received their basic aircrew wings at a ceremony this morning.     KODIAK, Alaska- Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Micah J. Devries, a C-130 maintenance department member at the air station here, is one of three Coast Guard members who received their basic aircrew wings, pinned on by Master Chief William B. Beardsley, one of the Enlisted Ancient Albatross’ and the 17th Coast Guard District West Command Master chief . The honor of being an Enlisted Ancient Albatross is given to an aircrew member on active duty with the earliest graduation date from an aviation technical school.     KODIAK, Alaska - The crew of the Coast Guard cutter Mellon returns here after their patrol in the Bering Sea. The Mellon’s crew also spent two days in Russia assisting to build more clear public relations between the U.S. and Russia. While patrolling the Bering Sea, Mellon's crew enforced U.S. fishing laws.
