  PORTSMOUTH, Va. - The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Harriet Lane, home ported in Portsmouth, Va., man the port rail as the ship departs the port of San Juan, Puerto Rico. During a recent 58-day patrol, Harriet Lane crewmembers conducted eight law enforcement boardings, two search and rescue cases and interdicted 29 migrants from the Dominican Republic.   ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - A Coast Guard rescue helicopter crew circles the fishing vessel Kimberly & Katheryn about 55 nautical miles east of Point Pleasant, N.J., Saturday, May 26, 2007. The aircrew, from Air Station Atlantic City, N.J., was responding to the report of a crewmember aboard the 78-foot scallop boat suffering from chest pains. Jeff Rowe, 38, was hoisted aboard the aircraft and transported to Atlantic City Medical Center, Mainland Division, in critical condition. U.S. Coast Guard photograph by Lt.
