    PORTSMOUTH, Va. - The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Harriet Lane, home ported in Portsmouth, Va., man the port rail as the ship departs the port of San Juan, Puerto Rico. During a recent 58-day patrol, Harriet Lane crewmembers conducted eight law enforcement boardings, two search and rescue cases and interdicted 29 migrants from the Dominican Republic.     ATLANTIC CITY, N.J. - A Coast Guard rescue helicopter crew circles the fishing vessel Kimberly & Katheryn about 55 nautical miles east of Point Pleasant, N.J., Saturday, May 26, 2007. The aircrew, from Air Station Atlantic City, N.J., was responding to the report of a crewmember aboard the 78-foot scallop boat suffering from chest pains.
