  A Coast Guard boat crew from Station Philadelphia assists a Philadelphia Fire Department boat crew extinguish a brush fire on Pier 54 in Philadelphia Monday, March 17, 2008.   The 97-foot fishing boat Captain Joe sank 30 miles east off the shore of Point Pleasant, N.J.,Wednesday, March 12, 2008, after the four people aboard abandoned ship. Two Coast Guard helicopter crews from Air Station Atlantic City, N.J., rescued the four men who were aboard a life-raft. The ceremony was held at Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay in Philadelphia where Marriott is the sector duty officer and a geographic information systems program manager.
