  Pictured here is Arnold Palmer playing as an amateur in the Pennsylvania Open Golf Tourney Oct. 6, 1952. Palmer was attached to the Auxiliary at the Ninth District in Cleveland. Prior to entering the Coast Guard, Arnold attained three titles while attending Wake Forest College.
