Deepwater Port Application Status Below is a list of applications received by the Coast Guard, in reverse chronological order of receipt, for review under the Deepwater Port Act of 1974. The public docket for each of the applications can be found by visiting http://dms.dot.gov, selecting simple search, and entering the docket number. The public docket contains a copy of the application, public comments, and other details about the application process. A docket is not created until an application is deemed sufficiently complete to process in accordance with the act. This fact sheet will be updated monthly; changes are underlined.
