KODIAK, Alaska- The Coast Guard Electronic Support Unit (ESU) here changed commanding officers at an official ceremony today. Cmdr. Michael P. Mckenna inspects and gives his crew a last goodbye before departing to his new assignment in Portsmouth, Va. Cmdr. Andrew J.
