JUNEAU, Alaska - Petty Officers 2nd Class Steven Lincoln (left) and Michael Helm from the Anchorage-based Coast Guard Maritime Safety and Security Team (MSST) patrol the cruise ship docks downtown here today. MSSTs are comprised of armed Coast Guard men and women who specialize in homeland security. The MSST is here primarily to conduct cruise ship escorts for the next few weeks.
