PRINCE RUPERT, British Columbia - Petty Officer 1st Class Cody Howard a resident of Mobile, Ala., Seaman Michael Glewwy a resident of Live Oak, Calif. and Petty Officer 3rd Class Jeremy Allgeyer a resident of Satellite Beach, Fla., work together to assemble the outrigger which helps support the vessel of opportunity oil skimming system for a joint training exercise Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2009.
