In this photo released by the U.S. Coast Guard, Members of Coast Guard Station Portsmouth Harbor decorate the Fort Point Lighthouse in New Castle, NH, with a wreath for the holidays, Tues., Dec. 8, 2009. The wreath, which endured 45-knot winds and 20-foot seas on its first night on the lighthouse, is to remind mariners to have a safe and happy holiday season.
