Coast Guard emloyee retires after 42 years of civil service at Yorktown, Va.

YORKTOWN, Va. - Retired Coast Guard Capt. K. David Forslund presents Billie Rae Hill with a Distinguished Career Service Award for her 42 years of civil service in a retirement ceremony held at Coast Guard Training Center Yorktown, May 1, 2009. Hill, a Chincoteague, Va., native and graduate of Chincoteague High School, began her civil service career in 1958 as a procurement clerk at Naval Air Station Chincoteague and worked several government jobs through the next 19 years. In 1977 she was hired by Lt.
