Coast Guard commissions Community Service Command in Chesapeake, Va.

Eng, Commanding Officer of the Coast Guard Community Service Command cut a ribbon during the commissioning ceremony of the Coast Guard Community Service Command at the Chesapeake Conference Center, March 26, 2009. The ribbon cutting symbolizes the opening of the newly created command that is comprised of the Coast Guard Exchange System and the Morale, Well-Being, and Recreation office, which provides goods and services at a cost savings to Coast Guard members and their dependents.
