PORTSMOUTH, Va. - Coast Guard Capt. Andrew P. White presents Chief Petty Officer Paula S. Hahn with a certificate of advancement during an advancement ceremony at Integrated Support Command Portsmouth Friday, August 1, 2008.

Hahn, a native of Rock Falls, Ill., has served in the Coast Guard for over 20 years, and currently works in the Patrol Forces Southwest Asia Support Team in Portsmouth. She currently resides in Courtland, Va.
