Training Center Cape May welcomes new commanding officer

CAPE MAY, N.J. - Capt. Cari B. Thomas assumed the responsibilities of command for Training Center Cape May from Capt. Sandra L. Stosz today in a change of command ceremony held here on the training center's parade field. Lt. Cmdr. Joseph Coffey provided the invocation for the ceremony.
