The Incident Management Division is responsible for the following missions:
- Coordinate Sector Baltimore SAR planning and execution.
- Coordinate operations and logistics for pollution incidents, marine casualties, terrorism, natural and terrorist disaster relief and mitigation, port contingencies, marine fire fighting, and marine
- transportation emergencies.
- Support the Sector Baltimore Contingency Planning and Force Readiness Staff in directing and monitoring Sector-wide preparedness operations for pollution, marine casualties, terrorism, natural disasters, port contingencies, marine fire fighting, and marine transportation emergencies.
- Manage the armory and weapons training program.
