PORT CANAVERAL, Chief Warrant Officer James Dubea took command from Chief Warrant Officer Michael Locke as commanding officer of Station Canaveral. Locke served as Station Port Canaveral's commanding officer since June 2006. As commanding officer, Locke directed more than 9,500 hours of underway missions, which resulted in the saving of 412 lives and more than $10.5 million dollars in property.
