Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) has grown from a college kid’s way of avoiding long distance costs using the Internet to a true enterprise application. But wading through a myriad of VoIP options can lead to confusion. What does a VoIP gateway offer that an IP-PBX doesn’t offer? How can a Hosted VoIP service benefit my company? Our guest speaker this month is Mr. Michael Christensen - IP Sales Director for Vodavi Communications Systems. Micheal has over 10 years experience in the IP networking world and over 5 years of VoIP experience. Working in the medical and financial industries, he has been involved in large scale network implementations, managed networks and help desks. He has also been integral in the development of a variety of VoIP products and is currently heading up the initiative for Vodavi’s TeleniumIP phone system. Mr. Christensen is a seasoned speaker having presented VoIP technology around the country including TMC’s Internet Telephony trade show and Famous Telephone and Supply’s Expo among many other engagements over the last 5 years.This will be a popular meeting so please RSVP by clicking as soon as possible.
