FT position to maintain data processing and telecommunications systems and infrastructure with a focus on end-user support of staff and ISP's. BS/BA in computer science, IT, business or related field; current MCSE certification; expertise installing Server 2003/2008 and Exchange 2003/2007 and MS operating systems at server and workstation level, using servers with large-scale internal and external RAID systems req'd. Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP, SMTP, routing functions, backup systems and software, and network security, internal and external across multiple platforms req'd. Requires strong customer service skills and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality, excellent written and oral communication skills; 5 - 10 years progressive experience supporting 100+ PCs in a networked environment.
