CANNON FIRE PART OF CHANGE OF COMMAND CEREMONY CLEVELAND - There will be cannon fire on the waterfront today and tomorrow in recognition of the dignitaries that will be attending the Ninth Coast Guard District Change of Command. The cannon will be loaded with blanks and no ammunition will enter Lake Erie. Cannon fire will occur today at approximately 1 p.m. during a change of command practice, and tomorrow at approximately the same time for the ceremony.
