CLEVELAND - Crewmembers of the U.S. Coast Guard cutter Neah Bay watch as the 140-foot ice-breaking tug breaks a path through the ice in the Grand River. Neah Bay conducted ice breaking operations in an effort to prevent river flooding. The ice breaking operations were a coordinated effort by the U.S. and Canadian Coast Guards, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and local and state agencies. Photo by Chief Petty Officer Robert K.
