PORT ARTHUR, Texas - A U.S. Coast Guard boat pulls in after surveying the fuel oil spill as the first three tug boats enter the previously closed area along the Neches River August 2.

PORT ARTHUR, Texas - The tank ship Torm Mary sits at anchor in the Neches River as crews work to clean the ships fuel oil from the water around it after a collision leading to the spill of 27,000 gallons of fuel oil.
