Measurement Definitions
Recovery: Percent of Ferries Operating: The recovery measure is the percent of Ferry Operations in the storm affected area that are open to the MTS and are operational at some capacity Restoration: Percent of Ferries Operating at Pre-Storm Levels. The recovery measure is the percent of Ferry Operations in the storm affected area that are open to the MTS and operating at 100% of pre-storm traffic.
