Important dates: In Brief LOST & FOUND Please remember to check the lost and found periodically for any missing jackets, sweatshirts, lunch pails, etc. We have a large pile of clothing located in the Cafeteria. Anything with a name on it will be returned to your child, so remember to put your child’s name on EVERYTHING! Thanks for your help with this. |
LARRABEE JOG-A-THON TIMES Come join your student and shake a leg for the Jog-A-Thon. Class times are set (see below) and we’d love to have you join us! Wear a silly hat, sport a funky wig, join the fun! Please do not send your child in a full costume and no masks please. Each year I receive reports about bullying at Larrabee, and I want to assure you that we consider this a serious matter. Bullying can be defined as “repeated acts over time that involve a real or perceived imbalance of power with the more powerful child or group attacking those who are less powerful.” While our district has Board Policies and Procedures in place, these tell us what steps to follow when there is bullying, but they do not prevent it. Education is the key to preventing bullying, and we need your support in this matter.
