FUN RUN PLEDGES DOWN THIS YEAR |

EARLY RELEASE MONDAY!!
|
Due to being drastically short with Fun Run pledges, we have extended the pledge envelope due date. Please return all Fun Run envelopes by Monday, October 26th. So far we have collected approximately $6500; but our goal is $27,000. We realize the economy has suffered this year, but there are so many great programs that are funded through this once-yearly fund raising event; such as the Sock Hop, Science Fair, Art Literacy, Assemblies, Primary Music, the Reflections program, support for the fifth grade Mountain School and more. In Brief Our Lost and Found is Overflowing. For so early in the year, we have an unusually large number of coats and sweatshirts, lunch boxes, etc. in the Lost and Found . Please stop by and take a look. It would be so helpful to put your children's names in their belongings so we can return them to their owners. Clothing Needed: The office can use all sizes of gently worn pants to provide extras for unforseen needs. We have plenty of small and medium shirts but could maybe use a few larger shirts. Calling in Sick: We are so pleased that so many of you are calling in to the office when your children will be absent from school. Please continue to give us a call so we can more accuratley record excused absences and track school-wide illnesses.
