The master plan process encourages public involvement. The community and other stakeholders will be engaged at key milestones during the alternatives development phase through public meetings and other methods for providing feedback to ensure the Plant Master Plan reflects community needs and values.

In addition, a Community Advisory Group, consisting of residents and local business owners, was formed to provide feedback on the master plan’s progress.
