Elizabeth City State University will cancel all classes as of 10 a.m. on January 20, 2009 due to adverse weather conditions. The university will close all offices at 11 a.m. today with only essential personnel remaining on campus. Employees can refer to the adverse weather policy (200.1.13) in the ECSU policy manual for more details. The manual appears on the university web site, www.ecsu.edu under Human Resources.
