A tsunami related to this morning's 8.8 M earthquake off the coast of Chile is NOT expected reach inland waters including the shores of Bellingham and Whatcom County. A tsunami advisory is in effect for the outer coast of Washington. Local Emergency Management officials are monitoring the situation. For more information, please see:
