Reward offered in Brian Marriott's homicide investigation

A $6000.00 reward is being offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the individual(s) responsible for the shooting death of Brian Marriott. On November 20, 2009 Marriott, age 43 was found in the 300 block of East Ivy street with a gunshot wound to his chest.  Marriott’s vehicle was found at that location with the engine running and the driver side door open. Marriott was pronounced dead at the scene by Bellingham Fire Department Paramedics. 

Witnesses in the area reported hearing an argument between two men followed by a gunshot and a car speeding away. The suspect’s vehicle may be a dark passenger vehicle which was last seen going north on Garden street.
