Bellingham Police have been in search of Cody Brock in relation to an April 6th shooting incident in the 800 block of 20th Street.
In that incident Brock was reported to have confronted another male from a group that had gathered in the 800 block of 20th street, Bellingham. Brock fired a handgun striking and injuring the male. He then pointed the gun at and threatened another man prior to running away from the scene.
Cody Brock surrendered himself to law enforcement officers at the Bellingham Police Department yesterday afternoon. Brock was booked into the Whatcom County Jail on two counts of Assault 1st degree. He was also booked on two additional unrelated felony warrants.
