Press Release, Whatcom County Emergency Operations Center (EOC), 01/08/09 at 12:50 p.m.

Red Cross will be opening a shelter in Ferndale at 3:00 p.m. today (Thursday).  The shelter will be located at the Whatcom New Life Church, 2290 Main Street in Ferndale.  Cots and food will be available for persons displaced by flooding.
