The Whatcom County Ethics Commission will hold its regular annual administrative meeting on Thursday, March 18, at 4 p.m. in the County Executive Conference Room, Suite #108, located on the 1st floor of the Whatcom County Courthouse, 311 Grand Ave., Bellingham, Washington.
