Whatcom County Council Members Sworn In Monday January 11th

                   Bill Knutzen takes the oath from Superior Court Judge Charles Snyder, L.Ward Nelson takes the oath of office.    Ken Mann takes the oath and becomes a Whatcom County Council member.

                 New County Council member Kathy Kershner is sworn in.
