Applicants must hold title or evidence of title to land within the boundaries of the district. The Board has the power and duty to manage and conduct the business and affairs of the district. Appointment is made by the County Council; the person appointed will serve a partial term through November 2010. NORTH LYNDEN WATERSHED IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT BOUNDARIES
GENERAL BOUNDARIES:
The approximate boundaries of the district are Double Ditch Road on the west, Lynden City limits on the south, and the international boundary on the north. The eastern boundary runs northeasterly from a point 1/8 mile east of the Badger Road/Vinup Road intersection to the Hammer Road/Halverstick Road intersection, and continues northeasterly to the international boundary.

Section 35: Lots 1, 2, 3, 4; and the Southwest Quarter; and part of the Southeast Quarter as described per Whatcom County Superior Court Case Nos. 42018 and 42037 “Memorandum Decision” and as recorded in Survey filed under Whatcom County Auditor’s file number 930308077;
