Remarks:     A Burn Ban began in Whatcom County on July 10th and remains in effect until further notice, all land clearing and yard clean-up debris burning will be discontinued. Recreational fires will still be allowed in designated campgrounds and on improved properties with the landowners permission. Recreational fires are fires that are less than 3 feet in diam. and are built in an approved fire enclosure. to find out requirements for an approved enclosure call 360-676-6934. In the Mount Baker - Snoqualmie National Forest all campfires are banned in dispersed sites until further notice.
