Whatcom County Public Works Crews On Duty

Most of Whatcom County is experiencing significant snowfall tonight. Whatcom County Public Works crews are on the roads plowing and sanding main roads first. If conditions get worse more crews will be called in overnight. Crews are reporting white out conditions in north Whatcom County with blowing and drifting snow in most areas. Residents are encouraged to stay off the roads tonight,dozens of accidents are being reported on county and state roads.
