Whatcom County Roads with Traffic Limitations for the week of February 23-27

The Whatcom County Public Works Department wishes to inform the public that the following road will have Traffic Limitations during the week of February 23rd through February 27th, to accommodate construction activities. Please see the detailed information listed below.

Traffic Limitations:
Hannegan /SR544 (Pole Rd) Intersection Signalization Project Improvements will include a four way traffic signal, road widening, turn lanes, curb, gutter, sidewalk and intersection illumination. The goal of this project is to improve traffic flow and upgrade safety for motorists and pedestrians.Monday through Thursday - 7 AM to 5:00 PM.
One lane flagged traffic Expect minor delays.A signed alternate route is available The project is scheduled to continue through May/June.
