More snow on the way for Whatcom County

Whatcom County is in the gripe of an Arctic Blast of cold air and the forecast is calling for more snow tonight and tomorrow.
Residents are urged to take precautions when driving and at home.


Today: Increasing clouds, with a high near 31. North northeast wind around 9 mph.

Tonight: A 30 percent chance of snow after 10pm. Cloudy, with a low around 24. Calm wind becoming south between 13 and 16 mph.
New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.

Wednesday: Snow. High near 32. South southeast wind 10 to 18 mph becoming north northeast. Chance of precipitation is 90%.
New snow accumulation of less than one inch possible.

Wednesday Night: A 30 percent chance of snow before 10pm. Cloudy, with a low around 18. Breezy, with a east wind around 23 mph.

Thursday: Partly sunny, with a high near 28. Northeast wind between 13 and 20 mph.

Thursday Night: Partly cloudy and blustery, with a low around 14.

Friday: Sunny, with a high near 24.
