Due to the evacuations of certain coastal areas of Harris and Galveston Counties, the North bound ramps to I-45 at Cullen and Scott are closed.  I-45 North bound can be accessed from Spur 5.  You can access Spur 5 from University Drive or Wheeler Street. At this time Transstar advises that exits will remain open. The closed entrance ramps will reopen when traffic on IH45 allows.
