COMPLAINANT #1: A black male (Not affliated with the University of Houston) wearing a white muscle shirt.
WEAPON: Pocket knife with a black handle.
SYNOPSIS: On 7/18/08 the police dispatcher received a call of a black male with a knife chasing another black male behind the Athletic Alumni Building. Responding officers arrested the suspect after he climbed the softball field fence and stepped on to Scott Street. Subsequent investigation determined neither party was affiliated with the University of Houston and the incident resulted from a dispute over property ownership. The incident started at an off campus residence on McGowan.Then the chase came on to campus. There were no injuries and the suspect was placed in Harris County Jail for Aggravated Assault. The knife was recovered.
