"I am proud that my success has led me to METRO where I can continue to strengthen relationships with the community that METRO serves," says Linda. She spent the majority of her career with major corporations that required communication skills for reaching prospective constituents and building customer support and appreciation. Her career began at AT&T, where she honed her customer service and consumer marketing skills. There she successfully developed a profitable sales team of more than 300 in a five-state area. She also worked at corporations such as HEB, ChaseCom, and most recently, Direct Energy, where she learned how to ramp up quickly and execute plans efficiently and effectively. Linda is a native Houstonian and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of St. Thomas. She is involved with many community organizations including the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Ladies Into Purchasing Stock (LIPS), LULAC (officer for Council #643), Memorial Ashford Town Home Association Officer, Talento Bilingue of Houston, and is a proud graduate of the American Leadership Forum (ALF), Class XX.
